When you engage with our Site’s functionalities, including but not limited to browsing, registering for an account, initiating an order, subscribing to our newsletter, participating in surveys, or completing forms, we may gather personal identification details from you.
These details may include your name, email address, physical mailing address, telephone number, and payment information such as credit card details.

We collect this information only when voluntarily provided by you and use it solely for legitimate business and service delivery purposes.

Non-personal Information

In addition to personal identification information, we may collect non-personal data about your interaction with our Site. This may include information such as your browser name, the type of device you use to access our Site, your internet service provider, and similar technical details about your connection and activity.
This information helps us optimize our website and improve user experience.

How We Use Collected Information

EasyClient collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

  • To improve customer service: Your information helps us respond more effectively to customer service requests and support needs.
  • To personalize user experience: We may analyze aggregated data to understand how users as a group use our Site and its resources.
  • To process payments: Information provided when placing an order is used solely to fulfill that order. We do not share payment details except as necessary to complete the transaction.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and implement strict security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction details, and other data stored on our Site.

Use of Google User Data

EasyClient uses data obtained via Google APIs (such as Google Calendar) solely to provide core app functionalities, including:

  • Retrieving a user’s calendar events to display in the EasyClient calendar interface.
  • Creating events in a user’s Google Calendar when scheduled through EasyClient.

Users must explicitly grant permission to connect their Google account and can revoke access at any time via EasyClient settings or their Google Account.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide our services.
When a user disconnects their Google account from EasyClient, all associated data retrieved via Google APIs (including calendar events) is promptly deleted from our servers.

Users may also request permanent deletion of their data by contacting us directly at support@easyclient.ai

AI/ML Model Use Disclosure

EasyClient does not use any data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

Use of Google APIs and Limited Use Disclosure

Our application utilizes certain Google API services to provide essential functionality. We are committed to protecting user data and ensuring privacy and security.

We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements outlined in:

  • Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy
  • Photos API User Data and Developer Policy

We do not use or transfer any user data received from Google APIs to any third party, except as required to provide or improve our application’s features as described in this Privacy Policy.
We only request access to the minimum necessary data for the intended functionality.
Specifically, our app uses the following scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request – to enable external HTTP requests from Google Apps Script.

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui – to customize the UI of Google Workspace editors.

These scopes are used strictly for user-initiated features and are never used to collect or store personal information beyond what is necessary for EasyClient’s core functions.

EasyClient does not use any data obtained from Google Workspace or Google Photos APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models.

Use of Facebook Ads Data and Permissions

EasyClient integrates with Facebook’s Marketing API to allow users to manage and optimize their Facebook Ad campaigns directly from the platform.

To provide these features, we may request access to the following Facebook permissions:
ads_management – to create, edit, and manage ads on behalf of the user.

ads_read – to read ad performance metrics and analytics.

pages_show_list – to display the list of Facebook Pages the user manages.

pages_read_engagement – to read engagement metrics and insights from connected Pages.

This data is used only for campaign management, reporting, analytics, and improving ad performance.
We do not share, sell, or use this data outside the scope of these services.

All Facebook access tokens and Ad Account data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain this information only as long as necessary to provide user-requested features.

Users must explicitly consent to connect their Facebook account via the Facebook OAuth process.
They can revoke access anytime from their Facebook Business Integrations or within the EasyClient app.

Our use of Facebook data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Data Policy.
